This past weekend, in Monroe North Carolina, we reached 50,000 pairs of shoes that have been delivered in just over 2 years of ministry!

Are you wondering how 50,000 pairs of shoes get to over 20 countries, 2/3 continental United States, in just under 2 years? One word.

Sole 2 Soul Founder and Executive Director John Fagala shares how humbled his heart is to be called to this ministerial work:
“I am blown away with God’s provision for Sole 2 Soul. Our first event was March 16th, 2017 in Wadesboro, NC. 50,000 pairs later, God has shown up every single day since March of 2017. To say that we are grateful would be an understatement. Thank you to ALL of our partner churches, businesses, and faithful individuals who donate each month. We could not do any of this without your support!”
Sole 2 Soul was formed on the principles of servant leadership that Jesus shared with His disciples during the Last Supper in Mark 10 (verses 43-45).

43 Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 44 and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. 45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Sole 2 Soul has been blessed beyond measure by your faithful commitment to serve the children who need shoes and shelter and the people who are homeless and in need of a new pairs of work boots and hope to be able to get back to work. We are incredibly grateful!
Through your financial support, prayer for the mission, volunteer hours, and God’s faithfulness, we have delivered over 50,000 shoes since the beginning of 2017. We are now looking forward to delivering more than another 50,000 pairs of shoes for a total of over 100,000 pairs delivered in the first 5 years of ministry. Shoes are a necessary part of life, and without them, the potential for both crippling disease and lifelong shame exist. Sole 2 Soul gets to know the recipients of shoes, washes their feet as Jesus did to his disciples (John 13), and shares with them that the provisions are made through both a God who loves them and a community who cares.
